I teach Mindfulness Meditation and Emotional Resilience/Self-Compassion classes/groups at Kaiser Permanente, Sherman Terrace, Reseda, CA and in Westlake Village, CA. I have been practicing since 2006. I am a UCLA Certified Mindfulness Facilitator (UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), having studied with Diana Winston and Marvin Belzer, Ph.D.). I have studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) with Gloria Kamler. I completed Buddhism & Mindfulness Facilitator Training Level 1 with Noah Levine and JoAnna Harper at Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society.

I can train you in Mindfulness practice and provide support for your ongoing practice individually and in groups. Contact me to arrange for individual or group training.
