Asian Pacific Transgender Network
APTN was launched in 2009, when a group of transgender women from various Asia and Pacific countries came together to champion the health, legal and social rights of trans women. In 2011, a trans man drew attention to the need to advocate for trans men and joined the APTN board.

Black Transmen Inc. is a nationally based nonprofit specifically for African American transmen.

Black Transwomen Inc., the sister organization to Black Transmen Inc., is a nationally based nonprofit for African American transwomen.
Center of Excellence for Transgender Health
The mission of the Center of Excellence for Transgender Health is to increase access to comprehensive, effective, and affirming health care services for trans and gender-variant communities.
Coalicion TransLatin@
The work of Coalicion TransLatin@ is focused on the needs of trans and gender nonconforming Latino immigrants in the United States.
FORGE
Most trans and nonbinary individuals experience some form of violence or abuse in their lifetimes, and FORGE, a national transgender anti-violence organization, works directly with those survivors. Their work is trauma-informed, empowerment-focused, and rooted in constantly evolving research-based strategies.
Gender Diversity / Transfamilies
Gender Diversity became TransFamilies in 2020. It is a nonprofit organization that increases awareness and acceptance of the wide range of gender diversity in children, teenagers, and adults. They facilitate family support groups and create educational trainings for schools, workplaces, and healthcare providers.
The National Center for Transgender Equality
NCTE is a 501(c)3 social justice organization dedicated to advancing the equality of transgender people through advocacy, collaboration and empowerment.
PFLAG: SUPPORT FOR TRANSGENDER PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES
PFLAG, and its network of more than 350 chapters, has a rich history of trans inclusion and remains one of the primary resources for trans and gender nonconforming people, their families, and friends.
Straight for equality
Straight for Equality is a national outreach and education program created in 2007 by PFLAG National to empower new allies who, unlike a more traditional PFLAG member, don’t necessarily have a family connection to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) community.
The Sylvia Rivera Law Project
The Sylvia Rivera Law Project (SRLP) is a collective organization dedicated to increasing the political voice and visibility of low-income people and people of color who are transgender, intersex, or gender non-conforming.
Transfamilies

The Transgender Law Center
The Transgender Law Center works to change law, policy, and attitudes so that all people can live safely, authentically, and free from discrimination regardless of their gender identity or expression.
Trans Educators Network
The Trans Educators Network is a support and community-building focused organization for trans and other PK-12 educators who don't always fit neatly into systems of gender at school. The Network is open to trans educators and/or anyone whose gender exists outside prescribed lines of male and female, and who works with youth in PK-12 schools. TEN is firmly committed to trans justice, racial justice, and anti-oppression work in education.
Trans People of Color Coalition
The Trans People of Color Coalition is the nation’s only social justice organization focused on the needs and interests of trans people of color.
Trans Lifeline
Suicide attempts within transgender communities are more than eight times the national average. Trans Lifeline is a peer-support hotline and micro-grants organization that offers emotional and financial support to trans people in crisis. Trans Lifeline is the only hotline in the United States in which all operators are transgender and the only service that doesn’t engage in non-consensual active rescue.
Trans Women of Color Collective
To uplift the narratives, lived experiences and leadership of trans and gender non-conforming people of color, our families and comrades as we build towards collective liberation for all oppressed people.
Transgender American Veteran’s Association
The Transgender American Veterans Association (TAVA) was formed to address the growing concerns of fair and equal treatment of Transgender Military Veterans and Active Duty service members.
