Workplace Resilience
Resilience is the flexibility with which we meet life. It is a set of interrelated skills. These skills can be learned, practiced, and strengthened. They are especially important and useful in work settings. Too often we forget ourselves while focusing on our work. I will introduce some simple, doable practices that can be done at work to enhance both overall well-being, but also improve work performance.
