Resilience Practices : Mindfulness for Well-Being

Free Online Class

Resilience is the capacity and flexibility with which we meet life. It’s made of interrelated and complementary skills. Each week we explore one practice. We begin with a brief description of the practice and its potential benefits, then we practice, then we have time for explorations, comments, questions, and answers to help you personalize your practice.
