Short Body Practices for Reducing Stress

Resilience is crucial to wellness. It is a set of skills related to how strong we are, how quickly we recover from difficulties, and how we learn and grow from our experiences. 

The Resilience Project facilitates learning these skills in short, doable practices. The weekly class is drop-in and suitable for anyone. No prior knowledge or skill is needed to benefit or practice. The direct and straightforward instructions are great for beginners considering starting and excellent for advanced practitioners who want to grow.
