In this class, we explore the concept of rest as an essential, cyclical, and relative state, focusing on mental, emotional, and sensory relaxation. You’ll learn to integrate intentional rest into your daily life to prevent burnout and enhance productivity. We’ll practice techniques that promote deep relaxation, using mindful breathing, exhalation, and gentle awareness to release tension. Through visualizations and periods of silence, you’ll explore rest as an effortless state, allowing thoughts, emotions, and sensations to arise without judgment. Whether new to mindfulness or experienced, this class will help you cultivate a calm, restorative practice.

No prior knowledge or skill is needed to benefit or practice. The straightforward instructions are great for beginners considering starting and excellent for advanced practitioners who want to grow.
