Hi Everyone! Frank Baird, LMFT, LPCC, CMT-P, and Vivian Hermiz, JD, CMT-P, facilitate weekly Resilience classes online.

Join us for a calming, interactive class where we explore monthly themes on well-being and personal growth. Each session includes a brief talk, a guided mindfulness practice, and ample time for questions and reflections. This month’s focus is on “Accessing Rest,” where we redefine rest as an intentional activity that restores both body and mind. Perfect for all experience levels, this class provides practical techniques to cultivate restfulness, manage stress, and enhance resilience through mindfulness.

Our Resilience Classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible to all. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, these classes offer a space for growth and learning. No prior knowledge or skill is needed to benefit or practice. The straightforward instructions are great for beginners considering starting and excellent for advanced practitioners who want to grow.
